Alaska ACTE is pleased to announce the official launch of Alaska Education Exchange

Alaska ACTE is pleased to announce the official launch of Alaska Education Exchange (AKEE), previously known as Alaska ACTE Clearinghouse. AKEE is a robust digital learning resource for Alaskan educators and administrators from all over the state to collaborate and share resources. There is no fee to sign up, and all registered users can access and share high-quality content including lesson plans and course outlines. Alaska ACTE recognizes that many CTE educators and administrators roles extend beyond CTE. To be inclusive, while keeping CTE at the forefront of the AK ACTE mission, AKEE also includes resources on academic content to meet the needs of educators and administrators who wear multiple hats within their schools and districts.

Creating an account and user profile is simple and easy. Instructions can be found here. We recommend signing up and actively engaging with the resources and groups as soon as possible. Show your support for AKEE by becoming an early user today and spread the word to your colleagues about this resource designed by educators for educators!

Several AKEE trainings are scheduled for the upcoming months, including a plenary and a breakout session at Alaska ACTE’s Professional Development Conference (PDC). If you’re interested in scheduling a training session at your school or organization, please contact us at akee@alaskaacte.org. Alaska Education Exchange is brought to you by the Alaska Association for Career & Technical Education through a startup grant from the Alaska Department of Education & Early Development.

Please reach out if you have any questions.
