Wisconsin CTE Day

Wednesday, May 1 · 8am – 12pm CDT
Hilton Milwaukee City Center
509 West Wisconsin Avenue Crystal Ballroom Milwaukee, WI 53203

Colleagues across the state will gather to discuss innovations in work based learning practice and learn about the national resources available from the Association for Career & Technical Education (ACTE). Wisconsin has a rich history in work-based learning (WBL) and career development but we lack the alignment with the national movement in CTE and WBL energized by ACTE. The WI-ACTE Day is dedicated to hearing from WI practitioners on how we might leverage the state and national resources to strengthen WBL opportunities for Wisconsin students. A statewide group of volunteers have been discussing challenges and opportunities and now we want to hear from you on what your specific needs are and how ACTE can help support CTE and WBL in Wisconsin.
