Nominations Still Open for Oregon ACTE Awards
Each year, individuals have the opportunity to nominate CTE colleagues for state awards. The winners of these awards also have a chance to move up to the regional and national level. Nominees can be made at the Awards Portal.
In Oregon, we are focusing on the following awards for the 2022-23 year:
- CTE Teacher of the Year
- Counselor and Career Development Professional Award
- Postsecondary CTE Professional of the Year
- CTE New Teacher of the Year
We want to be sure to recognize amazing individuals in our state, so if you have someone to nominate, please do so. Nominations should be entered by February 15.
Winners will be announced and presented with their award at the Oregon ACTE Conference in Bend.

This is to inform you that Oregon ACTE is now accepting nominations to serve on its board of directors. The nomination process is now open and will close March 10, 2023. As a reminder, to serve on the board you will be required to become a member of ACTE if not already presently a member. Please join us by sending your nomination to the e-mail address below, along with your resume and letter of introduction. We are particularly interested in hearing from CTE teachers at all levels.
