Providence, RI – The Association for Career and Technical Education (ACTE) Work-Based Learning Division is proud to announce the recipients of the 2026 YouScience Brightpath Work-Based Learning Professional of the Year Award: Terri Rinko of King George County Schools and Stephen Casa of Ulster BOCES.
The recipients were formally recognized at the 2026 ACTE Work-Based Learning Conference in Providence, Rhode Island.
This prestigious national award recognizes exceptional professionals who are advancing high-quality work-based learning through leadership, innovation, student impact, advocacy, and collaboration with business and community partners.
