The NextLevel Postsecondary CTE Leaders Fellowship, led by the Association for Career and Technical Education (ACTE), provides professional and career growth opportunities for emerging leaders in postsecondary career and technical education. Through a year-long experience, Fellows build leadership skills, learn alongside peers, work with an experienced mentor and apply their learning to a real challenge or opportunity at their institution.

Why NextLevel?

NextLevel combines leadership development, peer learning, mentorship and applied institutional improvement. Fellows strengthen their ability to communicate, collaborate, problem-solve, build partnerships and manage time and resources while addressing a meaningful professional objective.

The NextLevel Experience

Fellows participate in monthly learning experiences, cohort activities, mentorship and national ACTE events. At the center of the Fellowship is the Make It Better Plan, which guides Fellows in identifying an institutional challenge or opportunity and developing a strategy to address it.
