Register for Arkansas Career and Technical Educator Conference


Arkansas Career and Technical Educators' Conference, July 27-29, 2014 at the Hot Springs Convention Center. Come experience a newly designed conference combining Arkansas Career Education sessions, Division specific content and strategies, and ACTE sponsored general sessions providing you with tools for your toolbox. This year's conference has something for everyone! 

How do I register with a check?

To register with a check complete the form, print it and mail it in with your payment. Download the form here.  

How do I register with a P.O. or credit card?

To register with a credit card follow the instructions below:

  1. Click here to open the registration site in a new window. 
  2. Type in your ACTE ID and password. If you are new to ACTE, click “Create an Account” and complete the steps that follow.
  3. Click Proceed.
  4. Complete the Badge Information and Registration Address sections then click Next Step.
  5. Select to attend the appropriate registration options click Next Step.
  6. Complete the Additional Information section.
    1. DIVISION must be selected.
    2. Be sure to enter PO number if paying with purchase order.
    3. Select if you will be attending the networking luncheon on Monday
    4. Click Next Step.
  7. Review Summary then click Proceed to Checkout.
  8. If paying with credit card, click Proceed to Payment, enter credit card information and click submit payment.
  9. If paying with purchase order, click Enter Voucher.
      1. Before checking out, On the Shopping Cart Screen you must select "Enter Vouchers" and enter in the following code: ARACTE2014. Click Process, a 0.00 balance should show. Then you MUST click Proceed to Payment to finalize your registration.
      2. At the end of this registration process a confirmation page will appear to indicate you have been successfully registered for the event. You will need to email a copy of your Purchase Order and your confirmation to AR ACTE in order for your Purchase Order transaction to be complete.
  10. Print the final page for your records (you will also receive confirmation via email). 
Cancellations/Changes and Refunds: 

Written requests for refunds or cancellations should be emailed to: ARACTEexecutivedirector@gmail.com. All requests must be received by July 19, 2014. Refund percentages are as follows:

Full Refund = registration - $100 if received before July 19, 2014.

Cancellations received after July 19 are non-refundable.

One day registrations are non-refundable.
