ACTE Refunds and Returns Policy


ACTE wants its members and customers to be happy with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact ACTE at 800-826-9972. Please read ACTE’s refund and return policies.

ACTE Conferences and Events

ACTE will grant refunds, minus a $100 processing fee, for all cancellations received prior to the cut-off date (see the respective event’s registration materials for more information). Fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations after the subsequent cut-off date (see the respective event’s registration materials for more information). No refunds will be issued after this date (see the respective event’s registration materials for more information). Badge credentials must be returned with refund requests. Refund cut-off dates for VISION will be posted when registration opens for the next iteration of the event in March of the following year.

Requests for ACTE conferences and events refunds must be submitted in writing to registration@acteonline.org?or faxed to 703-683-9367.

ShopACTE
ACTE will grant full refunds (less shipping and handling) for publications returned to ACTE in resalable condition within 30 days of the invoice date. Bookstores may return books up to three months (90 days) of invoice date. All returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee. Return requests must be in writing. Sale items are not returnable. No desk copies.
