KEYNOTE SPEAKER: RICHARD REYES of OPERATION POSITIVE VIBES
Opening Session:
Monday, July 13,2026 - 3:00 PM
Richard Reyes
Richard Reyes is a proud family man, entrepreneur, and motivational keynote speaker known for turning adversity into momentum and purpose into action.
He is the founder of Operation Positive Vibes and The Blue Bag Project, a mission dedicated to delivering hope, encouragement, and practical support to individuals and families impacted by cancer treatment and serious mental health challenges.
In business, Richard built a nationwide financial services platform centered on retirement education, leading retirement workshops across the United States to help families plan ahead, avoid surprises, and make confident decisions. He has spoken nationwide, sharing a message grounded in resilience, preparation, and personal responsibility.
Richard’s message is deeply personal. After facing stage 4 colorectal cancer and later entering remission, he now challenges audiences with urgency and clarity: stop waiting. Get scanned, get screened, get checked. Prepare in advance. Lead with intention.
His keynotes move people from motivation to action because the best time to take control of your future is before life forces it.
