The following options are add-ons to the exhibitor/sponsor options:
• Sponsor/Exhibitor Lottery Prize Personalized Gift Card - A customized $100 gift card with the sponsors logo will be provided as a prize. Sponsor will automatically receive one (1) tile with company logo on the exhibitor lottery card that will be given to all attendees at registration. Sponsor's logo will be featured prominently on the backside of the exhibitor lottery card along with a place for attendees to enter to win the lottery card prize drawing. Sponsor will be allotted time at the event to briefly address attendees, draw, and announce the lottery card winner. Sponsor will present the winner with the gift card (purchased by K-ACTE).

The following options are add-ons to the exhibitor/sponsor options:
• Tile on Exhibitor Lottery Card - Sponsor's logo will appear on one tile of the exhibitor lottery card that will be given to all attendees at registration. This is a great way to drive traffic to your booth!

The Exhibit Hall is open on Wednesday at 5 PM and will remain open for you to set up throughout the evening. The conference starts at 7:15 AM on Thursday so all booths should be set up prior to 7 AM.

Booths can be set up starting Wednesday evening at 5 PM. Displays must be taken down by 5 PM on Friday. Do not leave any expensive items out on Wednesday evening, or unattended during the event.

If your booth requires additional equipment, the exhibitor must order and provide it themselves.

Our standard booth options include: 1 skirted table, 2 chairs, event meal tickets, access to Wi-Fi, and (optional) access to an electrical outlet for an additional charge.

The hotel may have additional equipment available for a fee that exhibitors will need to inquire about on their own when applicable.

A $25 late fee will be added to outstanding invoices 1 month after the last day of the event, August 23, 2025. Refunds will be accepted until July 1st and will incur a $50 processing fee.
