K-ACTE Career Tech Summit is a prime exhibiting opportunity to interact with individuals who specialize in Career and Technical Education and include Kansas middle and high school teachers, counselors, principals and other education professionals.
This is a networking forum where teachers and administrators can review products and services to improve CTE instruction, and institutions and businesses can interact attendees to improve student success.

Exhibitors are welcome to submit proposals for breakout sessions at the Career Tech Summit. If interested, please complete the presentation proposal online submittal:
Proposals will only be accepted through the online link. The firm deadline for receipt of proposals is February 15, 2026.

Sponsorship Levels
All exhibitor booths are furnished with standard 8' covered tables, two chairs and two exhibitor badges.
Kansas ACTE invites SPONSORSHIPS of the Career Tech Summit event as detailed below.
NOTE: This option provides sponsors the opportunity to submit a proposal to present conference breakout session(s)

- Logo with link on conference e-agenda and website
- Push notification blasts through the conference app to highlight sponsorship
- Option to provide company materials for participant bags
- Option to submit a proposal to present a conference breakout session

- Sponsor will be allotted time at the event to briefly address attendees
- Two 6′ draped tables and 4 chairs for booth space
- Complimentary conference admission and meals for 4 company representatives
- Logo displayed on general session with level of sponsorship noted

Lottery Prize Personalized Gift Card $140
This option is an add-on to the Gold, Silver or Bronze exhibitor/sponsor options:
- A customized $100 gift card with the sponsors logo will be provided as a prize.
- Sponsor’s logo will be featured prominently on the gift card
- Sponsor will be allotted time at the event to briefly address attendees, draw, and announce the lottery card winner.
- Sponsor will present the winner with the gift card (purchased by K-ACTE).
Bingo Card Tile $25
This option is an add-on to the Gold, Silver or Bronze exhibitor/sponsor options:
- Tile on Exhibitor Bingo Card – Sponsor’s logo will appear on one tile of the exhibitor Bingo card that will be given to all attendees at registration. This is a great way to drive traffic to your booth!
Electrical Outlet $25
If you will need access to an electrical outlet, please select this option.
Frequently Asked Questions
The Exhibit Hall is open on Sunday at 5 PM and will remain open for you to set up throughout the evening. The conference starts at 7:15 AM on Monday so all booths should be set up prior to 7 AM.
Booths can be set up starting Sunday evening at 5 PM. Displays must be taken down by 5 PM on Wednesday. Do not leave any expensive items out on Wednesday evening, or unattended during the event.
If your booth requires additional equipment, the exhibitor must order and provide it themselves.
Our standard booth options include: 1 skirted table, 2 chairs, event meal tickets, access to Wi-Fi, and (optional) access to an electrical outlet for an additional charge.
The hotel may have additional equipment available for a fee that exhibitors will need to inquire about on their own when applicable.
Refunds will be accepted until May 30 and will incur a $50 processing fee.
