2015 ACTE Awards Banquet FAQ
What is the Awards Banquet?
It is a dinner and awards presentation that will recognize the best CTE educators in the country. It will take place on Thursday evening, Nov. 19, 2015, from 7:00-9:00 p.m.
Where will be Banquet be held?
At the Hilton New Orleans Riverside in New Orleans, Louisiana, during ACTE's CareerTech VISION 2015.
What awards will be presented?
The national winners and finalists of the Member Awards will be recognized, as well as the national Image Award winners.
How much does it cost?
Admission is $70 per person. Register for the Banquet as part of your VISION registration or by calling 800-826-9972. National award winners and finalists do not pay the Banquet admission.
Do the award winners' guests have to pay the admission fee? Can the guests or award winners register on-site?
Yes. Guests are $70. We cannot allow registration on site because we'll need to have a complete count for catering prior to the Banquet.
What is the attire?
Business/dress attire. Wear something you would be comfortable taking photos in.
If I'm an award winner, when should I be there?
Award winners and presenters will be sent specific notifications/updates mid-September on the award winners' schedule.
