 Mark C. Perna is the founder and CEO of TFS, a full-service strategic communications and consulting firm whose mission is to share and support every client’s passion for making a difference. As an international generational expert, Mark has devoted his career to empowering educators and employers to unleash the tremendous potential of today’s young people.

Mark’s best practices have helped parents, schools, districts, businesses, and state organizations across North America to connect more effectively with the younger generations. He frequently delivers keynote speeches at national and statewide events and spoke at Harvard University by special invitation. At TFS, Mark’s team of talented professionals share his vision of helping organizations of all sizes experience significant gains in recruitment, engagement, retention, and performance rates.

Mark has published numerous articles in national publications and interviews frequently on radio shows, television, and podcasts. His best-selling book, Answering Why: Unleashing Passion, Purpose, and Performance in Younger Generations, was written to help educators, employers, and parents understand and motivate Generations Y and Z. Friday Keynote Speaker
Rachael Mann is the founder of #TeachlikeTED and coauthor of The Martians in Your Classroom. She speaks and writes about the future of work to help educators rethink the learning spaces of today. Prior to #TeachlikeTED, Rachael was the Arizona Network to Transform Teaching Director, State Director for Educators Rising Arizona, and has 14 years of teaching experience. Rachael is a Google Certified Educator with a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and curates professional learning for West-MEC in Arizona. She is a founding member of the Council on the Future of Education, serves on the NCLA Executive Board, and is on the ACTE Region V Policy Committee.

At the shopping cart, select the “PO” option which will allow you to enter either your Purchase Order Number or Check number. You will be returned to the shopping cart, with a zero balance. To complete your registration, you must click on proceed to payment. You will receive a confirmation that you have successfully registered for the event.

Purchase Orders: Email a copy of your Purchase Order and your registration confirmation to ACTE Registration in order for your Purchase Order transaction to be complete.
Checks: Check Payments along with a copy of your confirmation must be postmarked by April 4th, otherwise, pay with check on site.
