Pennsylvania Career and Technical Education Conference (PACTEC)
June 26-28, 2017
Seven Springs Mountain Resort, Champion, PA
Make plans to attend PACTEC 2017 to renew your commitment to education, update your knowledge, and network with other teachers across the state. 
This year’s Technical Updating will feature industry tours of two state-of-the-art manufacturing companies. Target audiences include Machine Shop, Welding, and Robotics, but all are welcome. 
Concurrent sessions will also be offered that will appeal to every level of experience and touch on the hot topics in CTE. Session information will be posted on the conference website when finalized.

Pennsylvania ACTE Quarterly Newsletter

The recently re-established PA-ACTE Quarterly Newsletter is a new electronic publication for PA-ACTE members only. The quarterly e-mail includes feature articles on promising programs and practices in the state, legislative briefings, and other news and information about the Association and career and technical education, including a member question-and-answer section.

Region I

Region I is composed of 16 state affiliates, including Connecticut, Delaware, the District of Columbia, the Federal Department of Education, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont and West Virginia. The mission of the Region is to support the efforts of the ACTE state associations in providing educational leadership in the development of a competitive workforce. Activities of the Region are focused on involving members, cultivating organizational leadership, advocating for workforce development, emphasizing professional development and promoting a collaborative network of communication.
