My name is Julie Pack, and I have the honor of serving as the 2023-2024 NCACTE President. I currently serve as the Senior Executive Director for Career & Technical Education and Magnet Programs for Durham Public Schools, in Durham, NC. I have been engaged with CTE since 2011 when I became a CTE Director. I have had the privilege of being an ACTE Leadership Fellow in 2020, and I currently represent Region 2 on the Policy Committee for the Administration Division for ACTE. I was also the Administration Division Secretary in 2021-2022. I am extremely passionate about career education and look forward to serving the state in this role.
