They learn with peers and receive guidance from an experienced mentor while applying their learning to their work.<\/p>\n<h4>Applied Institutional Improvement<\/h4>\n<p>Each Fellow develops a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acteonline.org\/nextlevelcte\/make-it-better-plans\/\">Make It Better Plan<\/a> focused on a professional objective, challenge or opportunity within their institution or area of work. The plan is designed to move leadership learning into action and support meaningful improvement in postsecondary CTE.<\/p>\n<h4>Learning and Engagement<\/h4>\n<p>The Fellowship includes monthly webinars and cohort learning, mentoring, national conference experiences, in-person convenings and opportunities to learn from CTE, workforce and education leaders.<\/p>\n<h4>National Connections<\/h4>\n<p>Fellows engage with ACTE and the broader postsecondary CTE community through national events, peer collaboration and opportunities to share their work.<\/p>\n<h4>Commitment<\/h4>\n<p>Fellows are expected to participate in required program activities including 2 in-person meetings, ACTE\u2019S Postsecondary CTE Summit and ACTE\u2019s National Policy Seminar and 10 monthly virtual meetings, complete program deliverables, develop a Make It Better Plan and participate in evaluation activities.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n<\/section>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-2959","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.4 -
