Led by current CTE paraprofessionals and MI ACTE Board Members, the workshop will focus on strengthening collaboration within instructional teams and supporting student success. Key topics will include reinforcing instruction, supporting the whole child, working with students in special populations, maintaining confidentiality, and effective communication. This workshop will explore key elements of high-quality program design, including instructional planning, curriculum frameworks, and the CIP Self-Review process. Presenters will introduce essential tools such as the CTE Teacher Toolkit and Advisory Committee Toolkit to support program implementation and improvement. Attendees will engage in dialogue around classroom management, credentialing, and serving special populations. The session offers opportunities for peer-to-peer collaboration and networking with fellow CTE professionals.
