Location: Kansas State Capitol Building
SW 8th &, SW Van Buren St, Topeka, KS 66612
We will begin to set up at 7 AM, with a welcome at 7:30 AM, when you arrive you can enter the Statehouse through the visitor’s center.
Lunch is not included in this event, please make arrangements for your group to eat offsite if you are bringing students.

Entering the Building
- Only public entrance is on ground level through the north wing from 8th Avenue
- Capitol map by floor (PDF)
Parking
- Underground parking garage entrance is located on 8th Avenue between Harrison and Van Buren, open 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday – Friday, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Saturday
- Off street parking available on 8th Avenue
- Alternative parking available in the Kansas Judicial Center lot for all types of vehicles, including buses, campers, trailers, and fifth wheels
