Postsecondary Advisory Group (PSAG-2.0)
Mission
Provide guidance and recommendations to ACTE to strengthen the Association’s efforts to provide, support, partner or sponsor high-quality professional development experiences and opportunities that can be delivered in-person or online/digitally to its members and the postsecondary career and technical education community.
Vision
The vision for the PSAG-2 is to advise the Association in strategies, topics and referrals that elevate the perception of ACTE as a valued and respected vehicle for postsecondary professionals to network, grow professionally and advocate for their programs.
The Advisory Group will pursue this vision by:
- Being introduced to current ACTE postsecondary CTE resources and services and provide suggestions as to enhancing their value and increasing awareness of them.
- Discussing and exploring what services and supports for postsecondary CTE professionals are needed
- Advising ACTE on strategies to more effectively advocate for postsecondary CTE programs.
