Region V administers the following ACTE Member Awards:

Winners at the Region level are moved forward as national ACTE Excellence Award finalists. Region V Publication Awards

These publications must have been created and completed between Jan. 1, 2013 and Dec. 31, 2013.

See the entry form for all publication awards. Make copies of entry form as needed. Send three copies of each publication and one entry form attached to each of the publications. Electronic submissions of publications will be accepted for evaluation. Each entry is displayed at the Region V Conference, so please mail an original the Region V awards chair.

Region V Publication Awards Categories

  • Newsletter: Submit three copies of one issue of the newsletter that is published at least three times a year. The newsletter may be printed by any method. A newsletter is an informational news-related document written specifically for an intended audience.
  • Membership Recruitment: Submit three copies of one membership recruitment tool. The membership recruitment tool may be printed by any method and can be used in an envelope or as a self-mailer. The purpose is to promote membership to an intended audience.
  • Conference Program: Submit three copies of one conference program that has one specific purpose. The conference program may be printed by any method. The purpose is to promote attendance at a specific meeting for an intended audience.
  • Advocacy Publication: Submit three copies of one advocacy publication that promoted ACTE and the goals of the state and national association. The advocacy publication may be printed by any method.
