Annual Convention and NPS: ACTE will grant refunds, minus a $75 processing fee, for all cancellations received prior to the cut-off date. For the 2011 National Policy Seminar, the cut-off date is March 1, 2011. No refunds will be issued after this date. Badge credentials must be returned with refund requests. Refund cut-off dates for the 2011 Convention will be posted when registration opens in March 2011.
Requests for NPS refunds must be submitted in writing to registration@acteonline.org or faxed to 703-683-9367. Convention refunds must be requested in writing and faxed to 703-683-7424 or e-mailed to registration@acteonline.org.
Bookstore: ACTE will grant full refunds (less shipping and handling) for publications returned to ACTE in resalable condition within 30 days of the invoice date. Bookstores may return books up to three months (90 days) of invoice date. All returns are subject to a 10 percent restocking fee. Return requests must be in writing. Sale items are not returnable. No desk copies.
