Annual Convention and NPS: ACTE will grant refunds, minus a $75 processing fee, for all cancellations received prior to the cut-off date. For the 2010 National Policy Seminar, the cut-off date is March 1, 2010; the 2010 Annual Convention and Career Tech Expo cut-off date is November 2, 2010. No refunds will be issued after these dates. Badge credentials must be returned with refund requests.
Career Tech Expo exhibitors who cancel before May 15, 2010 will receive a full refund. Cancellations between May 15 and July 15, 2010 will result in forfeiture of the exhibitor's deposit. No refunds will be made to exhibitors after July 15, 2010.
Requests for NPS refunds must be submitted in writing to registration@acteonline.org or faxed to 703-683-9367. Convention refunds must be requested in writing and faxed to 703-683-7424 or e-mailed to registration@acteonline.org.
Bookstore: ACTE will grant full refunds (less shipping and handling) for publications returned to ACTE in resalable condition within 30 days of the invoice date. Bookstores may return books up to three months (90 days) of invoice date. All returns are subject to a 10 percent restocking fee. Return requests must be in writing. Sale items are not returnable. No desk copies.
