CTE Research Clearinghouse
This clearinghouse is designed to provide
detailed information on topics of key interest to career and technical
educators and administrators. Click on a topic below to access best practice
articles, research reports, podcasts, webinars, policy papers and presentations
from ACTE, the National Research Center for Career and Technical Education, and
other organizations and individuals. These resources can be used to improve
practice and inform further research and development in these areas. ACTE does
not endorse any specific resource or method referenced in the clearinghouse,
but has worked to pull together as much diverse information as possible to help
stakeholders improve CTE programs around the country!
CTE Clearinghouse: Serving Special Populations
CTE is an effective program for engaging and educating a wide range of
students, including students classified as at-risk, students with a
disability and incarcerated students and other disadvantaged students.

CTE Clearinghouse: Business Partnerships and Community Involvement
Through business and community partnerships, CTE programs help students
prepare for the workforce and use their expertise to help the local
community and those in need. The following resources include articles,
policy papers and peer-reviewed research as well as electronic media on
how to effectively partner with businesses and community organizations.
