This clearinghouse is designed to provide detailed information on topics of key interest to career and technical educators and administrators. Click on a topic below to access best practice articles, research reports, podcasts, webinars, policy papers and presentations from ACTE, the National Research Center for Career and Technical Education, and other organizations and individuals. These resources can be used to improve practice and inform further research and development in these areas. ACTE does not endorse any specific resource or method referenced in the clearinghouse, but has worked to pull together as much diverse information as possible to help stakeholders improve CTE programs around the country!

CTE Clearinghouse: Career and Technical Student Organizations

Career and Technical Student Organizations are co-curricular opportunities for students to further develop their technical, academic and employability skills. Through service learning projects and contests on local, state and national levels, students develop confidence, learn and practice leadership, and perfect their technical and academic skills.
