Career and Technical Student Organizations are co-curricular opportunities for students to further develop their technical, academic and employability skills. Through service learning projects and contests on local, state and national levels, students develop confidence, learn and practice leadership, and perfect their technical and academic skills.

CTE programs, particularly those on the postsecondary and adult level,
help adults returning to education and other non-traditional students
such as veterans, not only with academic and technical skills, but also
with support services.
