Share Your CTE Story

ACTE recently launched a new feature on our website for CTE teachers, administrators and counselors to share personal stories about their CTE programs, including how federal policies are impacting their students and classrooms.

Stories submitted through the Share Your CTE Story page will be used on Capitol Hill to show policymakers how their actions in Congress affect constituents back home and to garner their support for CTE.

Types of stories we’re looking for include:

  • impact on your program due to recent federal budget cuts
  • student success stories
  • community and business involvement and partnerships
  • federal policies that are hurting your program and how
  • positive program elements that are benefiting students and should be supported through federal policy

If you have a story you’d like to share about your program, please submit it through the ACTE website.
