2013 NPS: A Great Start!

Today saw a terrific start to the 2013 National Policy Seminar, with such highlights as Dr. Anthony Carnevale, a recognized expert on education and workforce issues; a panel with organizations that are recognizing and incorporating CTE, including The College Board, Opportunity Nation and the Brookings Institute; and breakout sessions on the Common Core State Standards and Common Career Technical Core, teacher evaluation and effectiveness, media advocacy and new Members of Congress.

We are also using an audience polling system to get your feedback on hot topics in CTE. Below is what NPS attendees had to say about business-education partnerships, a hot topic in CTE!
