  • Rep. Womack’s JOE Act Seeks CTE Exemption in USDA Nutrition Regulations

    The Jumpstarting Occupational-learning and Entrepreneurialism (JOE) Act would provide an exemption for CTE school-based enterprises from new, federal nutritional requirements for “competitive” foods sold in schools.
