2004 Sponsorship and Promotional Opportunities

Make sure your sales efforts add up by making our sponsorship and promotional opportunities part of the marketing equation. Both on and off the exhibit floor, maximize your exposure through general show sponsorships, advertisements and on-site signage.

Companies who take full advantage of ACTE’s value-added marketing services have the most successful shows. A large range of sponsorship possibilities are available and designed to suit every company’s show budget.

All sponsorships include recognition in the Convention Program Guide as an official sponsor, recognition in the Trade Show Directory, free Pre & Post show mailing lists, and free ACTE Product Showcase Listing on our website.

If you have any questions or have sponsorship ideas of your own please contact Tami Cook, at (800) 826-9972 or by email at tcook@acteonline.org.

Convention Program Guide

At the show, the Convention Program Guide is the one-stop source of information for attendees. This translates into a high-visibility means of promotion for companies exhibiting at the show. Your ad in the Convention Program Guide will be seen again and again – not only at the show, but also for many months to follow. Our members turn to this important reference guide throughout the year and share it with their colleagues who do not attend the convention.

Techniques Magazine

Reinforce your company’s presence in the educational market with an advertising schedule in Techniques. An ad placement in the November/December 2004 issue is the perfect opportunity to invite attendees to “stop by and visit us at booth…” While the February 2005 Convention Wrap-Up issue is the perfect opportunity to remind everyone who stopped by your booth about the products and services they saw, while at the same time reaching new potential buyers.

For more information about ACTE’s advertising opportunities please contact Jim Waterhouse at (800) 826-9972 or by email at jwaterhouse@acteonline.org.
