It’s time to start planning for ACTE’s 2008 Convention & Career Tech Expo in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Date: Thursday, December 4th - Friday, December 5th
Location: Charlotte Convention Center

For the second consecutive year ACTE’s Convention & Career Tech expo exceeded attendance expectations. With over 5,300 registered attendees, the 2007 Convention was our best-attended show in eight years. This year we expect between 4,000 to 5,000. Our attendees include education decision-makers, superintendents, counselors, administrators, principals, curriculum/instructional specialists, and school board members.

We’ve already sold 76 percent of the total available booth space. So if you’re interested, it’s never too early to reserve your space. A complete prospectus will be ready by late February.

To help increase your booth traffic and brand recognition we offer a number of proven sponsorship opportunities. If you’re interested in holding an exhibitor workshop, I encourage you to signup now. Last year the workshops were sold out by June.

Please look over the 2008 floor plan and read the Expo Rules & Regulations from the Exhibit Space Contract. Complete the Exhibit Space Contract and fax it to 703-683-7424. A $500 deposit per 10x10 space is due with the contract. The total balance will be due by August 1, 2008.
