Professional Membership $80
Individuals actively employed in or concerned with career and technical education. Professional members in unified state associations are required to hold state and ACTE membership simultaneously. Retired Membership $31
Individuals who are retired from active employment in career and technical education and have been an ACTE member for at least five years. Members in this category are eligible to vote, serve on committees and participate as a delegate. Join Now!
National ACTE Student Membership FREE*
Individuals who are enrolled as full-time students preparing to become career and technical educators and who are not employed full time in the education system as a teacher, counselor or administrator. This membership category is serviced completely electronically. Student members must sign an eligibility agreement upon joining.

International Membership $60
Individuals concerned with career and technical education who reside outside of the United States, its territories and protectorates and who are in a country that is not part of an ACTE region. This membership category is serviced completely electronically. Join Now!
ACTE dues are not deductible as a charitable contribution for U.S. federal income tax purposes but may be deductible as a business expense.
In-depth Analysis, Classroom Tools and Best Practices
Techniques magazine is published eight times a year and provides a wealth of useful information to CTE teachers and administrators, including in-depth analysis, classroom tools and best practices. Please note, international members receive Techniques electronically.

The Annual Convention and Career Tech Expo and the National Policy Seminar help you interact with other CTE educators, business and institutional partners and policymakers face to face. Membership in any category shall begin with receipt of dues at the ACTE office and extend for one year (12 months).
