Nominations for the 2012 ACTE Board of Directors Election closed June 15, 2011. Positions eligible for the 2012 election include:
- President-Elect: Serves a one-year term beginning in July 2012, followed by one year as president and one year as past president.
- Region V Vice President: Serves a three-year term beginning July 2012.
- Administration Division Vice President: Serves a three-year term beginning July 2012.
- Agricultural Education Division Vice President: Serves a three-year term beginning July 2012.
- Guidance and Career Development Division Vice President: Serves a three-year term beginning July 2012.
- Health Science Education Division Vice President: Serves a three-year term beginning July 2012.
- Business Education Division Vice President-Elect: Serves a three-year term beginning July 2013.
- New and Related Services Division Vice President-Elect: Serves a three-year term beginning July 2013.
- Region II Vice President-Elect: Serves a three-year term beginning July 2013.
- Region III Vice President-Elect: Serves a three-year term beginning July 2013.
Election Timing Changes
In order to accommodate the election, the nomination process/timeline has changed as follows:
- Nominations for the 2011 election will begin April 1, 2011.
- Nominations for the 2011 election are due June 15, 2011.
- In order to vote, you must be an ACTE member by October 20, 2011.
- Voting will open during the Annual Convention on Friday, Nov. 18 and end at 11:59 p.m. on Dec. 19, 2011.
- Winners will be announced the week of Dec. 19.

and voters in the 2011 ACTE Board of
Directors elections. Terms of office begin July 1, 2011. Vice
presidents-elect will take their place on the ACTE Board July 1, 2012.
