The purpose of the New Ideas Committee is to ensure the ongoing development of programs and services offered by ACTE that are relevant, innovative and valuable to the members and the career and technical education profession.
Specific objectives for this year are:
- Review the purpose/focus of the committee and make any necessary changes.
- To provide recommendations and feedback on new programs, services, technology or opportunities that may meet the needs of career and technical educators.
- To provide recommendations and feedback on ways in which ACTE can align its activities with the career clusters initiative.
